A glitch in GTA 4 brings the Liberty City Police department to it’s knees. AI fails are almost as funny as real life Police Fails. The video is a bit lame, I still can’t help but laugh. Did they forget they had guns? By the way, please don’t start your YouTube video off with “hello YouTube”.

First off, this isn’t a Jack Ass stunt. This is real video of Bam Margera being pulled over with Ryan Dunn riding shotgun. You will notice this video isn’t in a different format. This one is a bit ridiculous. Police arrive on a 5150 call (Mental Case), they tackle and restrain this guy and while he is held down by about 4 cops, another cop decides to teach him a lesson about his behavior. The guy is obviously mentally ill and just needs help.
The same cop has obviously abused this guy in the past, based on the statements that he makes just before he jolts him. If someone is in handcuffs and on the ground. Why would they need to be tased?
