Loading ...This one is a bit ridiculous. Police arrive on a 5150 call (Mental Case), they tackle and restrain this guy and while he is held down by about 4 cops, another cop decides to teach him a lesson about his behavior. The guy is obviously mentally ill and just needs help.
The same cop has obviously abused this guy in the past, based on the statements that he makes just before he jolts him. If someone is in handcuffs and on the ground. Why would they need to be tased?

One hundred and thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents is pretty crazy. You have to love how this cop handles this guy and his slight temper. I probably would’ve given him more than just a warning on the expired insurance.
The whole country is going down the tubes because this man’s insurance goes up. I don’t remember the cop telling him it was okay to take off yet.
