This one is a bit ridiculous. Police arrive on a 5150 call (Mental Case), they tackle and restrain this guy and while he is held down by about 4 cops, another cop decides to teach him a lesson about his behavior. The guy is obviously mentally ill and just needs help.
The same cop has obviously abused this guy in the past, based on the statements that he makes just before he jolts him. If someone is in handcuffs and on the ground. Why would they need to be tased?
Loading ...Nothing about this guy says Shaolin master, but that doesn’t seem to phase him. Mess with the man in the street, you’re gonna get popped. Note-to-self, removing your shirt only makes the taser more effective.
Signing a ticket is not an admission of guilt. Refusing to sign a ticket isn’t going to get you anything but tased. Obviously, everyone knows that. Ohhh and it’s a bad idea to walk away with your hand in your pocket when you have a taser (or any) gun pointed at you.
